    Marco's chivitos

    The "chivito" is a Uruguayan steak sandwich and consists primarily of a thin piece of beef (grilled) topped with melted mozzarella cheese,sliced of ham,bacon,grilled peppers,lettuce,sliced onion,fried or hard-boiled eggs,black or green olives and mayonnaise...on a bread roll.It is generally served as a sandwich but it can also be served as chivito platter,without the bread.

    I love a place called "chivitería Marcos"because they make huge and delicious chivitos.

    The "chivitería Marcos " has two locations in Montevideo,Uruguay.
