    Marco's chivitos

The "chivito" is a Uruguayan steak sandwich and consists primarily of a thin piece of beef (grilled) topped with melted mozzarella cheese, sliced of ham, bacon, grilled peppers, lettuce, sliced onion, fried or hard-boiled eggs, black or green olives and mayonnaise...on a bread roll.It is generally served as a sandwich but it can also be served as chivito platter, without the bread.

I love a place called "chivitería Marcos"because they make huge and delicious chivitos.

The "chivitería Marcos " has two locations in Montevideo,Uruguay.
