    My name is, Richard Neal Huffman and I am the one who cut his NRA card up.

     
    I did it to make a point. I think it is time there is a discussion here in America on how far the 2nd Amendment is meant to let the citizens have their way with weapons. We do not need military type weapons. For hunting we only need semi-auto rifles with ten shot clips. Shotguns may be used. Handguns may be used for personal protection but the magazines may not exceed 10 rounds and you may not carry more than four clips at once. There may be no armor piercing rounds, nor rounds manufactured that will penetrate a law enforcement officers vest. Al weapons owned and carried will first be trained with for two weeks at a state run facility, paid for by the state. All persons attempting to buy a weapon must show they are mentally capable. This to will be paid for by the state. The owner of the gun(s) must prove they have saftey locks for the weapons. Anyone carrying a weapon on their person in public or in a vehicle must be licensed and every four years go before a gun board to make sure they are still capable of carrying safely.
