    Dallas Texas Christmas Winter Wonderland

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Chris Purcell woke up to an unexpected white Christmas in Dallas, Texas. 'It's been a while since I've seen snow,' said the college student who is attending school in Louisiana. He says he was chatting with his extended family in Chicago and they mentioned that they still have not seen snow for the holidays. 'It felt more Christmasy than usual,' he said. 'Sometimes we wear shorts on Christmas in texas, and it is sunny and around 50 to 60 degrees.' He says temperatures remain cold the day after Christmas and there is still plenty of snow on the ground.
