    hi! my name is elida neubauer, i want to salute ANDREW ARRIAGA, i the U. S. NAVY stationed in LITTLE CREEK , VIRGINIA, he is flying in to Amarillo Airport to meet up with his fiances family{ first visit} today, Then will be coming home to his family on the 31 to celebrate new years. Shout out to him and all his friends At NORFOLK NAVAL BASE, for the holidays. He is the youngest in my family.
