Christmas in Iran
Christmas in Iran is known as the Little Feast. Many Christians in Iran are out scrambling to buy last minute presents. There are about 150,000 Christians in Iran, most of them Armenians, who celebrate Christmas in churches and at homes with family and friends.
Jews and Zoroastrians are recognized as religious minorities, Under Iran’s constitution Christians, are represented in Iran’s parliament and are allowed to carry out their religious rituals.
