    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     chrisgegax says he has been following the story on the fiscal cliff negotiations and was frustrated hearing people say that both parities need to come together to resolve the situation. 'I have seen Democrats come further and further to the right, while Republicans won't budge,' he said. 'I think what needs to be said is that Republicans need to comprise. What we have seen in the past is President Obama acting like the only adult in the room,' he said.

    We hear plenty of chatter from pundits that Democrats and Republicans need to "come together." let's get real: Pres. Obama has already given ALOT more ground than the Republicans have! So my advice to Sen. Reid and Pres. Obama would be to stop trying to negotiate with Republicans who, like spoiled children, have no interest in compromise. Remember who won the election?
