    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     IllinoisVal believes DC is 'spending too much time postering and playing politics from the top to the bottom rather than working out a bipartisan plan' for all voters. 'Too much worrying about their own careers and not enough worrying about balancing a budget to grow our economy.' Even though it'll be painful, she advises we go over the fiscal cliff and start fresh to get back on track as a nation.
