...originally this was an entry to a contest, but it shows the size 24 pants I wore before starting my program AND the program that helped me WIN at weight loss. It LITERALLY hurt to walk up and down steps, my back pain made me a regular at the chiropractor and being morbidly obese made me uncomfortable and less confident in MORE situations than I care to acknowledge.
As an avid traveler, I felt limited on many vacations and dreaded getting on the airplane and watching the people shrink in their seats or stare in disgust as they prayed that I would not sit next to them and make their flight uncomfortable. I LOVED traveling last winter & crossing my legs as I set on the plane for my flight to Orlando with my cousin.
The option to shop is ANOTHER plus, yes I shopped when I wore a size 24, but I was limited to 1 or 2 stores in the mall. The first time I was able to shop in the misses AND junior department were truly EYE OPENING and life changing experiences for me because it was something I had NOT experienced in 2 decades.
