    You can't make a decision for the People, yet you made a decision for a pay raise for all of you? Really?

    This entire Fiscal Cliff is beyond ridiculous! We appointed all of you to do a job, yet you cannot even put together a budget. How many years has it been since we had a clear budget anyway? I cannot understand how and why you all get a pay raise, yet we have a nation that is broke and high unemployment. What are we paying you for anyway? If you go over this cliff and our military has to go through sequestration; how are we going to accomodate all of the mishaps overseas that is currently coming down the wire? How are we to protect our country? If both sides cannot agree on something, then how can the American people trust ANY of you to continue to run this country? Plain and simply put, if you do not have it in you to make this happen, how can you make anything happen at all? There are far too many unknowns and quite frankly too much time is being spent on taking away our rights. If the appointed intentions are NOT to help the American people and this country, then you should say so. There are many people who would do your job for FREE out of love for their country. This caos does not seem to be loving of country at all. Every one of you receiving a check should be in Congress and kept there until decisions are discussed, agreed and put forth WITH the American peoples idealism at the forefront! Not YOUR personal Idealism. Can you really throw all of us under the bus like this? Do you even care about the military and their families whom put their lives on the line everyday for us? I didn't see where THEY got any raises???If you care at all, you will stay put and get THIS JOB DONE!
