    Sky lanters fly and fly away

    Despite the campaign of the Philippine's Bureau of Fire and Protection, most of the residents here in Manila especially my neighbor still used the sky lanterns last night as part of celebrating New Year

    Sky lanterns here are forbidden due to possible cause of fire
