This iReport is part of an assignment:
    Your 'Aha' weight-loss moments

    Insanity

My story is not as special and probably doesnt compare to most others who may show a drastic change in body weight. When i was younger I always asked how do people allow themselves to get so big. This question became really strong after i took health course in high school. As I graduated high school and went on to college I still didnt understand. I took part in many different sports, i tried out for a football team, back yard football, intramural sports, rugby, and cheer leading. As my final semester of cheerleading came to a close I did start to notice a difference in my size and shape. I tried to go to the gym more but never was motivated enough so I played around. At this point are started understanding how a person's weight may change for the worst but not how they never do anything about it. I then started questioning the work out program called Insanity. I started the program back in July when i noticed a picture that was taken of my by a friend of mine while at a pizza/pool party i attended every Thursday since May. The program is brilliant and I love it. Less than an hour a day i do just what Shaun T says to do "keep breathing, keep sweating."
