    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     razbox told me, 'It was very friendly, happy and people brought their families to see the amazing fireworks over the London Eye. In London, we also provide plenty of portable toilets so no one here has to wear the infamous Times Square diapers! My New Year's resolution is to make one person happy - in any small way - every day during 2013!'
