    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     1FiscalFrank told me he was 'frustrated with President Obama saying one thing and doing another, putting one thing on the table during the campaign and then being a bully once he gets in office and completely changing his offer.' The fiscal cliff deal halted the president's executive order for a congressional pay increase. There will, however, be a pay increase for government workers.

    Can you blame the republicans? President Obama not only did not follow thru on his campaign promise of 3 to 1 spending cuts vs tax increases...but then when every member of the Senate is behaving, keeping the details of fiscal cliff negotiations mum, the President holds a news conference insulting the Republican House. On top of that he votes a pay increase for every politician. Really? Are you kidding?
