Have we climbed out of the canyon of debt and spending yet? What would happen if we led our families financially like Congress and the President are handling the country's pocket book at this hour? The banks, creditors and authorities would come after us.  If only we could raise our personal debt ceiling, spend without consequence, writing checks we can't cover...that would be insane.
Should the President and Congress be arrested or held accountable for their actions? Inactions?  Do they need to go back to school and take frinance 101 from folks like Dave Ramsey and Warren Buffet? People and the Government need to change. We all need to realize we need to spend money on our needs-food, shelter, clothing and not wants/luxuries- iPods, smartphones, trips, spas, mansions, cars...we and the government need to focus on being other centered in 2013, not self centered- what's in it for my re-election, future comfort.
