BAN ‘High Capacity’ Assault Parks
Today we read a tragic report that 60 innocent children were trampled to death and another 100 were injured in a ‘high capacity’ assault park. The children were packed together in this public park watching a New Year’s fireworks display.
When will the world learn that gatherings of people at a public venue like a park are dangerous and uncivilized. We see this play out in the U.S. to varying degrees as well. Over the years, people have been trampled at concerts, trapped in burning buildings, killed through collapse of faulty structures and buildings, etc.
‘High Capacity’ public assault venues like parks, theaters, concert halls, or any place where people gather in mass should be permanently BANNED.
I am so tired of hearing the same old diatribe about the 1st Amendment right to do whatever you want, assemble or associate or gather whenever and wherever you please. For the sake of the children and the preservation of a civilized, safe and secure society, we should endeavor to pursue all form of legislation to BAN the 1st Amendment. Perhaps we can avoid a complete ban of 1A by imposing some sensible and reasonable regulation that eliminates these dangerous High Capacity public assault venues like parks, or any place that can hold a high capacity of people. Perhaps if we BAN the right of assembly and association, we can save the children.
People are unpredictable and dangerous. We need to regulate the individual’s right to gather into large groups. I say that no more than 4 people should be allowed to gather together for any reason whatsoever. That is all that any reasonable person needs to express their opinion, or enjoy their lives via expression or entertainment consumption.
After all, we are talking about saving the lives of innocent people, especially the children.
Let’s all come together to BAN or heavily regulate the 1st Amendment so we can save our children.
