    Outlaw all weapons that hold more than ten rounds!

    Ten rounds is enough. Out law all rifles that shoot more than ten rounds. Set limit of clips to be bouth at 3. Set limit of bullets bought at 200. Owner must provde evidence of as safequarding weapon when not being used. All rounds must be soft nosed.
    Pistols must be six-round revolvers after 1/1/13.
