Canada's First Nations people standing up

There is a huge "Idle no More" movement in Canada that the world needs to know about. First Nations people are standing up and saying to the government that they must uphold the treaty rights and they are tired of their people living in poverty. Not enough schools, not enough homes. Chief Theresa Spence is into a 20 day hunger strike and still Mr Harper does not meet with her as requested. There are demonstrations all over Canada asking Prime Minister Harper to please talk with the First Nations people. Why is Canada allowing so many people to live in 3rd world conditions. First Nations people are asking The Government to please honour The Treaties and asking "The World" to please help and stand up with them.
