    The Best of Philippine Festivals

The fiesta is part and bundle of Filipino culture. Through good times and bad times, the fiesta must go on. Each city and barrio has at least one local festival of its own, usually on the feast of its patron saint, so that there is always a fiesta going on somewhere in the country.

As part of my vocation and supporting the DOT or Department of Tourism's campaign, I traveled to different parts of the Philippines to covered the majority of Philippine Festivals.

Starting January, I covered one of the biggest festivals which is Sinulog Festival of Cebu City. I closed the photography leg by covering Giant Lantern Festival of San Fernando, Pampanga.
