    Your 'Aha' weight-loss moments

    Big and uncomfortable to slim and comfident

    On Oct 3rd 2009 after watching the biggest loser i noticed people were just working out and working hard and losing weight. and something clicked in my mind and i said I CAN DO THAT TOO! so i started. and i worked hard. i fought through the plateus. i maximized my knowledge on weightloss. i ate properly, worked out often. and little by little i noticed i was going from 350+lbs down to 185lbs. in little over a year. than the hard part came. maintaining. Losing weight isnt hard. its maintaining what youve lost. i didnt get any surgerys, nor did i starve myself. i stayed commited to eating properly, taking my vitamins, and staying a AT HOME!!! workout plan all created by myself in my room and around my neighborhood on good days. and i knew it was working once people started asking me how i did it. not only did it make me more healthy, ive become smarter, more outgoing, confident, happy, and most of all healthy. im a cronic asthmatic inhaler user. and since id say about half way of losing the weight i have yet to use my inhaler. im currently 25 years old. and never have i felt so good.
