    Was 315 pounds and lost 135 pounds in 6 months due to an multiple inpatient chemotherapy regiments with bone marrow transplants.

    Then taught myself how to walk-run, bike and swim from my hospital room. Finally was released from the Balboa Naval hospital (SD) on 27 August 2010, and completed the Hawaii Ironman World Championships October 9th, 2010.
