    Reversed My Age by Fifteen Years

     

    Not long after I turned 50, my wife, the love of my life, told me I needed to start working out and go on a diet. Though I was crushed, I looked at the picture of myself on the left and decided it was time to change my life.

     

    My health was bad and only getting worse. I was on blood pressure meds, had E.D. My doctors told me I needed a knee replacement, I had bursitous in my shoulders and carple tunnel in my wrists. Instead of surgeries I decided to take a different route, and just work through the pain.

     

    I developed my own workouts around my injuries, at first I could only do about 5 pushups, now I do 3 sets of over 250. I do all my lifts sitting down because of my knees to minimize stress on my knee joints. I wear wrist supports and elbow supports when I workout. I minimized the stress on my joints and do about 20 minutes of yoga stretching and warmup before each workout. Since I was unable to do cardio, I decided to lift quickly and strenuously without breaks between in order to elevate my heart and breathing, to simulate a cardio workout.

     

    I changed my attitude about working out and made it my priority. Instead of always putting everything else first I made it a habbit to work out every other day and also my priority in life. But I had to also change my diet and supplements too. I read, studied and talked with body builders to find out what they took and what they did. I'd try different things and added different vitamins, and supplements. I changed my eating habbits to include a can of sardines after each workout. I cut out unessary carbs whenever I can, and eat meals high in protein.

     

    My most important discovery was the amino acids, L-arginine and L-Lysine. I could feel the difference in my exercises when I added these two supplements alone. I decided to change my looks too, and just grow younger. So I decided to get rid of the long grey hair and beard.

     

    Well I did so many things, I know enough to write a book about it. But the results speak for themselves. I no longer need blood pressure or cholestoral medications. And when someone guesses my age it is usually 10 to 15 years younger.
