    Fred gets back to living

    At 325 I was not only miserable but suffered from hi blood pressure, athsma, diabetes and many other physical ailments. I almost had mini gastric bypass surgery. My " Aha" moment came when I started walking on the treadmill and realized that I had dropped 10 lbs. I was seeing results so I kept going. At first I could only walk 1-2 miles per day. I now run 5 miles per day spending only 1 hour on the treadmill. I also like to swim after my workout. It has not been easy but it can be done. I have lost 116 lbs so far with 20 more lbs to go.
    I see a big difference in how people treat me and i feel very good about myself. All of my medical issues are GONE! no more insulin, blood pressure meds and I sleep without snoring. At age 50 I am starting my life over again and it feels great!
