40lbs in 40 Days
I have struggled with weight my whole life and have lost and gained many times. Over the past 15 years I just kept gaining a little weight every year no matter how much I worked out at the gym 4 days a week. I tried very hard to eat right but the weight just kept creeping up. I hated the way I looked and felt. I found out about the diet I used from a longtime friend of mine that also had struggled for year and had great success using the program.
After using this program my weight has stayed consistent but I will tell you that after 40 days on the program my diet has changed dramatically. I now know how to eat and what to eat to stay the healthiest I have ever been. The best part is there are no prepackaged foods, no meal replacement shakes to drink and no insane workouts to do! I buy all my food in the store and eat out often.
This program has changed me for the rest of my life!
