How To Lose Weight and Look Young
I am almost 46.
I lost all the weight I gained during pregnancy rather fast and continue to look slim and young. I eat salads, shrimp cocktail, authentic Mexican food called Sope, it has shredded chicken and drink a lot of fluid. I exercise
by walking.I do a lot of swimming in the summer.I do not eat any junk food. This keeps me slim and toned.
As far as my skin condition goes, I buy all my skincare from MUA. I use botox in a cream form recommended by Dr. Oz. I also use a bleaching gel which does not have hydroquinone. I use hibiscus cream. All of this keeps me looking young. Give it a try and you will definitely see a new you !
