Weight Loss Success
I started an 8 week get healthy and fit challenge with a local fitness trainer on August 13, 2012. Since that date, I have lost 78 pounds! I did this by diet and exercise and I am so very proud of what I have accomplished so far! I have not done anything extreme with either the diet or the exercise. I have learned healthy ways to eat and I exercise on a normal weekly routine. I wanted to share my story because I know if I can do this, anyone can!
