Introduction

Why does the news not say that the cause of the rage shooting was "an enraged person", people might ask "why was he enraged?"?". It seems to be often used as an explanation when it really isn't one.

The mob is repressing targeted citizens through different strategies, pushing targeted citizen to homelessness, smear campaigns, inflicting serious illness and cancer, and by pushing people to violence. The Marc Lepine terrible crime stands out, the cause was explained to women, since many were killed, through a stereotype, an Arab father. The term "deranged person", a stereotype, is often used as an explanation on the news for rampages and rage shootings, and several years later the cause is said to be bullying, mobbing, workplace psychological harassment, or some other cause but these conclusions are not in the media's spot light.

ABUSE STRATEGY

According to Marie-France Hirigoyen psychiatrist the intent of many emotional abusers is to systematically "destabilize" and confuse their victims (with irrational, threatening behavior that preys on the victim's fears and self-doubts), to isolate and control them and ultimately to destroy their identity, and often emotional abuse builds over a long period of time until it becomes so unbearable that victims lash out in frustration and anger aka hitting back, only to appear unstable and aggressive themselves, which could be linked to or the cause of rage shooting and rampages.

HIDDEN CAUSES

The main hidden causes of rage shootings are linked to repression, repressing targeted citizens through poverty, bankruptcy, financial loss, the loss of employment, eliminating a person's means of subsistence, and repressing people through homelessness.

H Homelessness is used to circumvent the rights and freedoms modern wealthy countries claim their citizens have, their charter of rights and freedoms that prevent "oppressive laws". The mob is using homelessness and inflicting serious illness, cancer, to T Trap or Corner targeted citizens for coercion, and this is linked to violence, rampages, or rage shootings.

Theory: T Trapped or Corned: The mob isolates targeted citizens and tries to hide their attacks or activities, such as pushing targeted victims to homelessness. They do not succeed, any mobbing involved, corruption, or organized crime activity to push the targeted citizen to homelessness is not made visible, only a person that has committed a terrible crime and evil, their crime is used to advocate gun control.

In Seung-Hui Cho of Virginia Tech it seems to have been hating rich kids and the Christian religion. In Marc Lepine of Montreal Polytechnique, was it hating women and feminists?

The Marc Lepine crime at the Montreal Polytech was a terrible one that involved many victims similar to the mass shooting of Cho a Virginia Tech. Newtown, Connecticut : Hurricane Sandy, Sandy Hook Elementary, New Jersey, An Organized Crime Crime Act of Terror to Advocate Gun Control?

I did not see much of the news on this issue today, it is a terrible and very emotional issue that is still very recent. -- What I did see in one case is that instead of looking or speaking of factors, rage shooting factors, and causes it seemed that the discussion went towards rhetoric, which is linked to abuse, organized crime strategy, discrimination, and advocating a defenseless population.

HIDING THE CAUSE, MOTIVE THEORY

The pattern is hiding the cause of rage shootings, why?

"a deranged person" "too many guns" these are rhetoric to advocate gun control but not the cause or explanations for rage shootings. This actually reinforces a stereotype against people with mental illness that is already abused intentionally by organized crime.

ORGANIZED CRIME ACTS OF TERROR

Organized crime acts of terror through influence of the mind to advocate a defenseless population.

The Rage Shooting Factors that are usually used to commit these acts are usually these ones S Strategy, I Influence of the Mind, I Ideation, T Trapped or Corned. America`s Founding Fathers On The Individual Right To Keep And Bear Arms (Comments)

I find this quote especially interesting because it illustrates a strategy to subjugate the population, to "disarm the people", "that it was the best and most effectual way to enslave them", "that they should not do it openly", "but weaken them", "and let them sink gradually", which is what these organized crime acts of terror are about.

I find this quote interesting because I was incarcerated after writing and publishing an article, a Mobbing Research article that involves rage shootings and their cause. I see the Freedom of Expression, the Right to Free Speech, "the just liberty of the press" under attack and weakened, and now also find myself defending the right to bear arms.

These quotes are all linked to the idea and motive behind organized crime committing acts of terror to advocate a defenseless population. The population is then subjugated through organized crime, "secret police", corruption, hidden crimes, homicides, and defenseless towards the state authorities and army.

I realize, of course, that there is an element of circularity involved in this approach in that insanity has a direct bearing on proof of mens rea. However, I prefer this approach since it both respects the accused's right to waive the defence of insanity and ensures that any resultant prejudice he suffers in the finding of guilt flows from his own decision not to avail himself of the defence and not as a consequence of the prosecution's having raised the issue in the middle of the trial process.

[23]In R. v. Swain, 1991 CanLII 104 (SCC), [1991] 1 S.C.R. 933, the Supreme Court of Canada considered the accused’s rights in the context of the operation of the insanity defence under the Code prior to the amendments in 1992 which brought in the NCRMD provisions. One of the issues in that case was whether the Crown could raise the issue of insanity over the wishes of the accused. The Court concluded that the common law rule that allowed the Crown to raise the accused’s mental state before a verdict had been rendered violated the accused’s rights to have control over his own defence. In so deciding, the Court confirmed (at p. 972): Given that the principles of fundamental justice contemplate an accusatorial and adversarial system of criminal justice which is founded on respect for the autonomy and dignity of human beings, it seems clear to me that the principles of fundamental justice must also require than an accused person have the right to control his or her own defence. -- [24]The Supreme Court’s response to its finding was to vary the common law rule to allow the Crown to raise the issue of the mental capacity of the accused only after the court had concluded that the accused is otherwise guilty of the offence — the procedure adopted in the NCRMD Code provisions in 1992.

672.34 Where the jury, or the    judge or provincial court judge where there is no jury, finds that an    accused committed the act or made the omission that formed the basis of   the offence charged, but was at the time suffering from mental   disorder so as to be exempt from criminal responsibility by virtue of   subsection 16(1), the jury or the judge shall render a verdict that the   accused committed the act or made the omission but is not criminally   responsible on account of mental disorder.
[10] The Crown’s ability   to raise the issue of an accused’s mental capacity is governed by the   decision of the Supreme Court of Canada in Swain. Swain confirmed that when an accused does not want to rely on a s. 16 defence of NCRMD, the Crown may raise the issue independently. By doing so the Crown helps ensure that an accused is not wrongly convicted. However, in order to be minimally intrusive on the accused’s right to control the conduct of his defence, the Crown must wait to raise the issue until the trier of fact has decided the accused is guilty of the offence. If the accused is acquitted, the Crown cannot raise the issue.

2. Radar Assaults: My neighbor to the left of my faraday cage van is called Daren Quinn, which is similar to Daren Queen, and he happens to be gay.

So the play of words would be that I would have been killed through cancer, lung cancer, etc, by The Queen, the 1. Crown Prosecutors aka The Queen and 2. my gay neighbor, Daren Queen, The Queen.

3. Acquitted

I was acquitted on June 4, 2012, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

So The Queen did it.

My Personal Experience

"My personal experience in Canada is that when it comes to repression, corruption, and organized crime, which are linked to population subjugation through organized crime and the need for a defenseless population the Charter of Rights and Freedoms or any government institutions like a human rights commission are not what protects a free society."

"On February 21, 2011 when I was arrested for publishing and sharing a mobbing research article that involves a list of people "hitting back" by committing terrible crimes and Marc Lepine. The defense lawyer that I was introduced to told me that following a demand that I remain incarcerated for a psychological evaluation by the Police that I had no choice but to remain incarcerated for 30 days. Even after explaining that I had a website on the issue of psychological harassment, bullying, mobbing, and that this was a published article on CNN iReport. he told me that I had written an article about Marc Lepine and people who write articles about these terrible crimes tend to do the same .... I was assaulted with powerful radar and radiation technology linked to deadly cancers throughout the long and delayed criminal proceedings in my own home from neighboring homes, public places, and court house. The police, "calls of suspicious vehicles", attempted to intervene several times, psychiatric intervention that would lead to incarceration and an "unlawful" assessment order for non-criminal responsibility before trial for my behavior of attempting to avoid and shield myself from these assaults. Criminal harassment participants tried provocation and different forms of abuse to push me to anger in attempts to make me appear aggressive, violent, and "deranged", which I linked to this vulnerability of psychiatric intervention, incarceration, and an assessment order that can find me guilty without a trial and dismiss several charter violations, the freedom of expression, entering a home without a warrant, seizing private computers without a warrant, and make any copies legal too. I was acquitted on June 4, 2012 and could not address criminal code laws that infringe on the freedom of expression, the right to a trial, privacy, .. constitutional questions due to organized crime, the ongoing powerful radar assaults from neighboring homes."

Notes: The Canadian Criminal Code is not new but still contains a law that violates a basic human right, part of the United Nations treaties, The Right to a Trial. The Freedom of Expression has been weakened, criminal allegations, false allegations, allegations that do not match the criminal code definition, etc, are not protected by the Charter, the Freedom of Expression, and go to trial to determine the validity of the criminal allegations. ABUSIVE REGIMES (Marie Antoinette)

Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette of France are an example of why abusive regimes fear a well armed population.

Repression and oppression in some regimes consists of eliminating a person's means of subsistence to use homelessness as a "hidden" weapon, for coercion, and subjugation (through organized crime, pushing people toward organized crime, repression of crime). The mobbing and emotional abuse strategy in some regimes is to abuse targeted citizens (criminal harassment, threats, provocation, homelessness, cancer *repetitive radar assaults) so that they react through violence and can be repressed (repression of crime), and even manipulated towards committing terrible crimes to advocate gun control (hitting back, isolation and visibility). A defenseless population makes it vulnerable to more abuse and the laws, charter of rights, court procedures, elections, police, judges, participants, .. , etc, can all be set aside through corruption, through organized crime participants (networks, mobbing), at any time.

UNITED STATES, GUN CONTROL ISSUE

I see a lot of Americans that associate guns with freedom but they seem to have forgotten why. A well armed population deters different forms of dictatorships and oppression. Marie Antoinette is a famous quote "let them eat cake", which led to the French revolution. .. (see blogs for more)
1. Regimes that are repressive and oppressive fear a well armed population because they fear retaliation and the guillotine aka Marie Antoinette "let them eat garbage"
2. Repressive and oppressive regimes cause and hide the cause of rage shootings, and advocate a defenseless population.
3. "a deranged person" "too many guns" these are rhetoric to advocate gun control but not the cause or explanations for rage shootings.

FUNCTIONALITY OF CITIZENS (homelessness, sleep deprivation, radar assaults)

The "secret police" or mob eliminate the means of subsistence of those they target, to use homelessness as a weapon and destroy their functionality in society, mobbing in modern society. They also use technology to destroy a person's functionality, high levels of sleep deprivation through sound technology and powerful radar assaults from neighboring homes, public places, and the court house. This is linked to organized crime, criminal harassment networks and participants, Police, Criminal Judicial System, Corrupt Government Institutions (dismissing obvious human rights violations), human rights organizations*, and control to prevent the exposure of human rights violations at the International Community level.

Notes: Psychological Harassment Information Association* is currently uncontrolled by the "secret police" or any other authority, which may explains why many of the writings are unfamiliar to many. -- obvious human rights examples: still circumventing the right to a trial in Canada's Criminal Code in 2012 and the Freedom of Expression. -- subjugation through organized crime consists of strategy, abuse or abusing citizens through technology, inflicting damages, cancer and financial loss for example, provocation linked to homelessness or death through cancer (see videos), which results in violence or rage shootings to take action against them or repress them through the Police, and advocating a defenseless population. When targeted by the mob and through threats, threats of being poisoned, invasion of privacy and trespassing, etc. I believe this can lead to the kind of behavior exhibited by the perpetrator of this crime. Attempts to secure food in locked containers for example and possible violent deterrents like booby traps.

"The sea water or sea salt water faraday cage is probably the cheapest powerful radar attenuation method that I can think of and also shields from focused ultra sound technology or weapon type.".

They will try to shield themselves from these, which means radar shielding materials, metal, water, water containers, sea water, dielectrics, and the current thought is that if they conduct or grounded they can absorb more of the energy, a faraday cage, which means grounded with wires or aluminum paper. Grounded directly in the ground or in an electrical socket. Water containers work best for focused ultrasound and free. -- The focused ultrasound aka HSS Hypersonic Sound and LRAD type of technology can be linked to sleep deprivation, which is linked to the behavior of attempting to sleep some where else but can also be linked to music, a type of "sleeping machine", and even loud techno music.

Jared Loughner exhibited some of the patterns or behavior that people targeted through technology, radar assaults or focused ultra sound show, attempting to sleep in other locations, parks, hotels, etc. There is also an organized crime play of words linked to the Federal Judge's last name, Judge Rolls. Organized crime uses coercion, criminal harassment and mobbing participants, homelessness, radar assaults linked to serious illness and cancer, and cancer to "roll" people over, "roll over", "turn over", which are linked to subjugation or police wrong doing.
