    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     runamsterdam was at work in Los Angeles on Sunday when he said he felt the ground shaking. When he went to the window, he spotted 'a flame surging from 50-75 feet in the air with power enough to shake the surrounding buildings. We are about half a mile from this location. No real big noise, but a whooshing sound and the building shaking,' he said.

    The ground started shaking at work and in CALI you think EQ.. but there was this whirling sound that followed.. so after getting to the window we found this!.. 75 ft.. 15 ft wide flame. Very powerful!
