Stephen D. Todd Joins First Scottsdale Bank As Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Todd, who has been in banking in Arizona for four decades, has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, successful turnarounds, implementing banking technology, developing and delivering comprehensive evaluation reports on bank performance for holding company management and boards of directors, authoring comprehensive Asset –Liability, Interest Rate Risk and Contingent Funding policies and has been responsible for direct communication with key regulatory agencies including the FDIC, OCC, OTS, Federal Reserve and numerous state banking agencies.

Active in the community, Todd has served as board president for Hospice of the Valley and on the board of the Phoenix Art Museum’s Men’s Art Council. He has also been show and sale chairman and business manager for the Cowboy Artists of America and a member of the executive committee of the Arizona Venture Capital Conference.
Todd earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona, where he graduated with distinction. He also attended the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
