    El Perú será una potencia mundial en algunos años, según prospectivas académicas y empresariales. El comercio exterior será uno de sus puntales. Un buen punto de partido hacia esa visión es mejorar la infraestructura porturaria puesto que Perú tiene intenso tráfico comercial luego de la firma de una veintena de tratado de libre comercio con América, Europa y Asia. Aquí un enfoque.
