Do You Agree With the President, That We Don't Have a Spending Problem?

It has been reported that Speaker John Boehner told Wall Street Journal writer Stephen Moore, “the president said to me, ‘We don’t have a spending problem.’”

Are there people out there that agree with the President?

I am personally horrified about the amount of debt that our nation has amassed (14 trillion) and continues to amass at the rate of an additional 1.2 trillion dollars per year.

Senator Cobern, has again put out a “Wastebook” for 2012; a book that details the ridiculous spending by the government on the back of tax payers.

Did you know that the NFL, NHL and PGA avoids paying tens of millions in taxes each year since they classify themselves as non-profits? The NFL made $9 billion last year and paid Commissioner Goodell more that $11 million.

Did you know that National Science Foundation Grant money was spent on a $325,000 squirrel robot to fool rattlesnakes.

Did you know that NASA is spending nearly $1million a year to research food for astronauts to eat on Mars, even though there is no plans for a manned mission to Mars.

So, do we have a spending problem?
