Give it a Ring
I bought a O-Flash about six months ago. While attending a What is Up Ocala and Honda of Ocala Fashion show, a fellow photographer reminded me that I have the same ring flash as the one he was using to fire his speedlight.
The next day, after another fellow photographer asked how I like my ring flash, I decided to dig through all my camera equipments to find my ring flash. I mentioned that I would post a before and after.
After volunteering my son to model for me - to find out If I like my ring flash or not, yes. I like it. It is great for headshots as it really creates a gorgeous catch light.
However, I probably will not be using it anytime soon as I only own one camera body. Attaching the ring to the flash is time consuming if taking headshot from full body photos. But then again, the light coming from the ring speedlight is wider by a small amount.
