    Iranian dyeing workshop

    Dyeing is a process whereby cotton or wool yarn is dipped into a solution of dye and chemical substances. Carpet weavers place orders with the dyer according to the carpet being made. The yarn produced is then used to weave the carpet into a fine piece of art.
