The Indian law states that when a woman gives consent for sex on the promise of marriage and later if she has been abandoned it tantamounts to rape,,due to the sexual  exploitation, emotional trauma,separation anxiety, being cheated and violated etc..it is no doubt a noble law meant to protect the interests of the illiterate innocent  Indian Women,,,, but nowadays when the Urban Educated Women  who have pre marital sex & live in relationships decide to abandon  a man after promise of marriage, why is it that the law of rape under promise of marriage not apply to them ? Doesn't the male victim also undergo the same emotional trauma,separation anxiety, being cheated and violated ?? Due to the Non availability of justice only, do some affected men resort to Acid Attacks & Murder for Revenge who commit these crimes  as a  revenge for the injustice suffered by them, if the Gender Inequality of the Rape under promise of marriage law is amended suitably then definitely these Revenge Attacks on women will decrease and the Morals of these RAPIST WOMEN increase - kumaran (a victim)
