Downtown Fort Worth was clouded over a second day in a row as rain that started on Tuesday continued to sweep through the area. Forecasts call for a gradual let up by Thursday morning with clearing in the afternoon. The North Texas area needed the rain to help break almost a year long drought. By Wednesday evening most of the Dallas-Fort Worth area had received from two to three inches of rain. In Fort Worth it is very rare to see the building tops obscured by clouds.
