    Amtrak could be outstanding travel

    I love train travel on Amtrak, but customer service could be better.  Although Amtrak is our only national rail service, it does not mean it can't be the best way to travel.  Amtrak and others can contact me for ideas on how to improve the travel experience not just for first class, but coach travel.
