    Surviving the flu

Kick the Flu in 3 days!

I woke-up Dec 3,2012 with a fever and headache and instantly knew I caught the Flu. I did some research on medication and remedies to cure the Flu but did not find one that I was willing to try. I spent all day Dec 3 laying in bed feeling awful and very fatigue. I found the strength and energy to drag myself into the bathroom and into the shower. I set the shower water as hot as I could stand it and stood there for roughly 15 minutes letting the water splash directly on my face & chest. I notice the stream was breaking up the congestion in my chest and nose.
The next morning(Dec 4) I woke-up feeling just a little better with less congestion in my chest & nose I figured the steaming hot shower I took the day before had something to do with,so I repeated the process again. I had a friend purchase me "Vicks Vapor Rub" from our local drugstore and use it as follows.
    Wow! what a difference!
I repeated this process for 2 more days following the same steps:
    1.Hot shower(hot as u can stand)
    2. Vicks Vapor Rub
    3.Lots of rest
On the moring of Dec 6,2013 I was Flu free and ready to get back to daily routine. I'am a firm believer of this simple but effective Flu remedy.
