    never seen such a dump explanation by any anchor. CNN Ali tells that " US credit rating downgraded because of debt ceiling debate".I own credit cards and have a limit of 30k. right now i have only 10k debt and my credit rating is 780. what u think my credit rating if i use 29k of my limit. may be 540. I guess that is the reason us credit rating is downgraded. just common sense. if thats not the reason , it should be called something other than credit rating. Hope this so called cnn money anchor understands it.
