    Surviving the flu

    More from cptnadvntr

    You can beat the flu!

A battle plan to wage war on the flu-and win! Your god given immune system is the most effective tool in fighting the flu. Flubugs usually die at 102F. Induce a fever of 103 or more(caution:brain damage can occur at 106F) by taking a screaming hot thorough soapy shower for as long as u can stand it. Mucus is gods gift to help u rinse invaders out of your sinus or nose which how the probly got in. While in the shower rinse out your mouth, nose and sinuses as much as u can stand it. Wear clean clothes from head to toe. Maintain the 103F temp(or keep yourself on the verge of sweating) with a heating pad or electric blanket. Stay home and gets plenty of sleep. Stay hydrated with plenty of hot beverages or sip warm 7up if nausea is a problem. Dont eat until u have a definite appetite. Avoid all cold food and beverages. The hardest meds i recommend in Nyquil. It has been many years since i have personally had anything more serious than the sniffles because i take these proactive maneuvers before the invading flubugs become entrenched. The pic of my cat is cute but irrelevant although neccessary for my story to be uploaded.
