Gun control and Texting while Driving
CNN,
Second Amendment Rights or with Text Messaging it should always be operator be were. With all the gun violence recently we are force to debate the types of guns that can be safe to own. The call is for more gun control and bands on a lot of guns and magazines capacity that a lot of people use safely daily. But with all the accidents that are cause by drivers that are texting while driving and run over someone there is no call for control. By that I mean like a band on cell phone or have a mandatory chip placed in the phone or car so you can not text from a car. We all use a cell phone these days so a band on them is not going to happen. By placing a chip in the cars on broad computer so the car will run at idle only while a phone is in operation my save a life. If someone is going to be texting they should not be going at highway speeds.
