    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Instagram user, plumpassion, photographed her flu survival kit on January 10. She says dealing with the flu has been a struggle, experiencing symptoms such as a runny nose and headache. She says she could not keep any food down, so she started taking the items that are in her flu survival kit. 'I finally noticed a change start to develop,' she said. She says a home remedy that has helped her deal with the flu is chopping up garlic, ginger and lemon and mixing it together in her tea. 'I can't stress it enough, rest is imperative,' she said.

    This influenza flu is not a game it now in 42 states 18 children died ... Parents please get your child the shot. Adults If u haven't had a shot get it! If you have it this is what I used.. including tea & garlic!
