    Alex Jones...Please Shut up!

Anyone that has read any of my posts with respect to the gun control debate knows that I am strongly in favor of preserving our individual right protected by the Second Amendment.

That said...I really feel the need to ask Alex Jones to please shut up. His recent appearance with Piers Morgan made gun rights advocates look like a bunch of screaming nut jobs that are incapable of clearly communicating our position without yelling and name calling. I also get emotional about the issue at times, but he only hurts the cause by looking like an irrational blow hard.

The most amazing part of the interview is that Jones was able to make Piers Morgan look rational and composed! That is really hard to do given Morgan's recent controversial statements regarding the gun debate.

Ben Shapiro's appearance on the Piers Morgan Show is an example of what rational dialogue over the gun issue looks like. At least Shapiro was rational.
