Loaded Gun or fresh Corn Tortilla?
The title question was for the non-gun owners.
To the Gun Owners I ask..
What would you do without access to any gun?
The scenario as put forth applies as the question for both sides.
> You're at home...Cooking dinner as I was tonight...Making fajitas...Hot tortillas on the flat grill...An intruder begans to break into your house...You call 911...But the police are precious minutes away..
So as I cooked I thought to myself..
I don't have a gun...He does...
What if I throw these hot tortillas at the intruder as fast as possilbe....A distraction.
I'll toss them in a flying saucer type motion confusing him all the more...Maybe just maybe he'll smell the great dinner and change his mind.....Eat and go.
Or.....Maybe just maybe one tortilla or the other will damage his sight...Just long enough for the authorities to arrive.
Ok...Ok......Folks, I'm not trying to be stupid here but I honestly don't know how "the other half" lives...I don't.
I can't remember a single household in my entire life where there wasn't a firearm within reach.
How do you out there that does not believe in Firearms protect yourself?
Live in an upscale neighborhood?
Hide under the bed?
I'm seriously trying to understand here.

BTW...On the pictures..
1.) Fresh tortilla cooking on the grill just waiting for some "bad dude" to come along.
2.) These are "fresh" un-cooked tortillas...The best if you want some really fresh tortillas...
3.) My secret fast cooking grill mark tortilla cooker....There's a tortilla under the Chinese made solid metal...(Pittsburgh was out because of a Union Strike)
4.) RIBEYE steak with all the regular....Most people do use Sirloin...Ribeye works for me.
5.) Sides with home-made Habanero Salsa...Hot.
6.) Unrelated Movie Room sign.
7.) Bumper Sticker on a Neighbors auto.
