    Are You Addicted To Sugar?

    The author of the book "Fat Chance" states that we are addicted to sugars. Most of us consume most of our food in the way of processed food. These contain huge amounts of sugar. The best food to eat doesn't require food labels as its natural.

    Doctor Robert Lustig a pediatric endocrinologist at
    UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. He is in plain terms in charge of the clinic that treats fat kids. Morbidly obese fat kids.
