    A walk in a snow fall

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Owaisfarooqi photographed heavy snow falling in Kashmir, India, on January 12. He says the region is experiencing a harsh winter, which is called a "Chiliklaan" in the local Kashmiri language, he explained.

    Two Young Kashmiri boy's walking by in a heavy snowfall; There faces are half covered with Pheran (a traditional long gown worn in winters), as they walk the snow flakes covers them all along.
