    Flu survival routine

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Instagram user _malx photographed his flu survival kit on January 12. He says he is in the recovery phase now, and says he was not able to get a flu shot. His flu survival kit is comprised of cold and flu medications, cough suppressants, vitamins B and C, hot lemon drink, and a variety of other medications. He says a home remedy that works well for him is gargling twice a day with lukewarm water mixed with salt.
