    Full Sundog

    Off the coast of Hertzilyia, Israel, by the Marina, I grabbed this shot of the Full Sundog. A Full Sundog is a rainbow around the sun caused by ice crystals in the atmosphere. It was up of for hours and was able to catch it with the marina in the foreground.

    According to American Indian belief it signifies: the promise of peace among all Nations and all people. Maybe this year we will see peace in the most unlikely places!
