    Quake Watch entire West Coast...

As of 01/12/2013 conditions are present that require the immediate issue of an earthquake watch for the entire West Coast of the United States includes: Mexico, California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and up through Western Canada and Alaska.

Due to many factors there is an increased probability of activity seeming to point at the Eastern Pacific Rim or the West Coast of the United States.

Recent quakes in addition to the upswing in solar activity , magnetic abnormalities , rapid pressure progression along with historical anaylisis & precursor pattern recognition may be hinting to an increase in moderate seismic activity over the next several days .

The main focus of concern seems to be somewhere North of San Francisco and South of Alaska but as far South as Mexico and Chile are not out of the question. The Magnitude for this event should exceed 6.4 but based on the epicenter may reach 8.3.

This is only a watch , the term "Watch" in this case would expect a chance of increased activity, it does not assure that an event or events will occur.

This is not meant to be a prediction but simply a reminder that a little preparation can go a long way. Water, flashlights, canned food, batteries & a radio are not hard to come by before a disaster.

The nature of weather is to change, and the best tip of all is Be Prepared!
