Good food & wine 36,000 feet in the air with Qantas
Is it pride when the good tastes this good? I think not and that's what has me excited about Qantas putting customer service first. I'm a bit of a foodie and was super excited to hear and taste first hand from Chef Neil Perry from down under talk about his food philosophy and love of Australia. It's a surprise to learn how much effort it takes to make great food on a plane but after tasting his efforts I'm impressed!
