    Chef Neil Perry on Australian cuisine and cooking

    I was able to briefly speak with renowned Chef Neil Perry about his philosophy of local seasonal food as well as his love of Mac & Cheese after a tasting in Los Angeles celebrating Qantas new planes and their seasonal cuisine for business class passengers.
