    Womble family three week dealing with the flu illness

    It all started in New Year's Day. The family started with aches and pain, in tense itching,headaches and being weak. My mom started to get sick on a Sunday, I am the oldest daughter who had to work Monday morning. My mother sat in the ER coughing she was given some medicine but not to cure the flu symptoms. I came in Thursday feeling sick and weak. No one in the family had the appetite. Two of my nephews had the flu and we still have it. I work in the VCU healthcare for the food service for Aramark and customers will spread their germs where we eat and dine. This is our survival for the flu,this is what we survived on without antibiotics.
